Biography
A quadriplegic who requires a voice synthesizer to speak, Sebastian's got the lowdown on an infinite number of things the average post-Pulser doesn't know about.
He generally operates in the shadows, helping move events along in a ravaged world and occasionally providing both Logan and Max Guevara with much needed information and technical assistance.
